Kevin Bell
Inventor – Fluid Dynamics
Kevin has primarily prospected in the northeast and southeast California Mother Lode, but has also prospected in Oregon and Idaho – One of his favorite trips was to his latest company’s namesake Snake River near American Falls.
In 2009, Kevin began work on an innovative technology called Fluid Dynamics. After four years of continued development and refinement, he patented and released the Aurora Recon and Expedition sluices. This ground-breaking technology allows miners a lightweight, compact sluice with output rivaling the largest equipment. This led to his starting Aurora Mining Products.
Kevin has continued to study and refine his knowledge of how water affects gold separation and recovery and he has lectured and written articles to help miners maximize their gold recovery.
His processes and techniques are currently being used in dredging, lode, and desert recovery systems. Kevin is currently working on scaling fluid dynamics to larger systems and a new technology called disruptive oscillation.
